Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco, an American-Canadian singer and songwriter. She has more than twenty albums. The music of DiFranco is classified as folk, alternative and rock, but it also has hints of jazz and hip-hop. Ani DiFranco is frequently regarded as the feminist's icon, and Grammy award-winning musician is thought to be the founder of DIY music. She was among the first musicians to launch their own labels in the year 1990. DiFranco was born in Buffalo New York on September 23 1970 her parents Elizabeth (Ross) and Dante Americo DiFranco and Dante Americo DiFranco, who been in contact while at in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
